We can assist you in German and French, please just let us know when you call which language you prefer.

Short-notice reservation or same day reservations are welcome.

Please have the following Information ready when you call.

  • The date you wish to Check In and Check Out (total days booking)
  • Number of nights you wish to camp or RV
  • Size of RV or camping equipment
  • Number of persons that will occupy the campsite or RV site
  • Number of cars and pets coming with you to the park
  • Your phone number with area code
  • E-Mail address or mailing address
  • Method of payment (credit card number and expiration date)


Once we have confirmed your reservation by phone, we will provide you with an electronic copy of your reservation to use when you arrive at the park.
